Helping dealerships and repair shops protect their businesses isn’t just Krystal Jackson’s profession—it’s been part of her life for decades.

As President and Co-Founder of DealershipInsurance.com, the garage insurance division of Barbee Jackson Insurance, Krystal has been helping dealership owners make confident insurance decisions since 2006. She grew up working in her father’s used car dealership and later insured his boat dealership, giving her firsthand insight into the unique challenges dealers face every day.
Today, Krystal works with dealerships, repair facilities, collision centers, and specialty vehicle businesses across all 30 states where the agency is licensed. She holds a General Lines (220) license in Florida along with the equivalent license in each of those states. As an independent insurance agency, DealershipInsurance.com partners with multiple top-rated insurance companies to provide customized insurance solutions.

Krystal co-founded Barbee Jackson Insurance alongside her husband, Caleb Jackson, and longtime friend and business partner, Craig Barbee. Together, they built the agency on knowledgeable guidance, responsive service, and long-term relationships built on trust.

When she’s not helping clients, Krystal enjoys spending time with Caleb and their two boys, traveling, playing golf, attending music festivals, and starting each day with a good cup of black coffee.
